Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied with the product, you have 30 days to send it back to us and we will refund you in full. We are sure you will love them as much as we do!

 

Eligibility

1. We have a 30 - day return policy, which means you must submit a return application within 30 days after the package is delivered. We will not accept any returns after 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without applying for a return first will not be accepted.

4. When you first initiate a return request, be sure to contact us within two weeks so that our customer service staff can get in touch with you and help you solve after - sales problems.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

 

Refunds

1. After the return is shipped, be sure to provide us with the tracking number and the logistics carrier via email.

2. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the refund status.

In some cases, no refund or only a partial refund will be given: (if applicable)

Obvious signs of use

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to reasons other than our fault

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

3. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded through the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and issue the refund.

4. We will process all returns and refunds within 5 working days, but there may be delays due to limited staff. If you have not received your refund within 15 days, check with your credit card or bank to make sure the problem is not on their end. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

 

Exchanges

Our exchange policy is valid for 30 days. If you need to exchange an item, the item must be in its original condition. If it has been 30 days since your package was delivered, unfortunately we cannot provide you with an exchange service.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to contact customer service via email: [email protected]. Once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

 

Additional Notes

1. If you do not want the purchased item or have selected the wrong item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred. Therefore, please check the product information carefully. We greatly appreciate your patience.

2. Please note that we will not pay for the shipping costs of returns and exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective when delivered to you, the package is lost or damaged, etc.

3. Please do not send the return to the address on the package. This is not the return address and will affect your return processing.

4. There is only one chance for return and exchange. Please confirm before returning.
